By installing or using the GP Sourcing Chrome extension ("the extension", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the extension.

The extension is provided as-is and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with or without notice.

You may use GP Sourcing for the following purposes:

Product data, images, and supplier information retrieved through the extension are the property of their respective owners (including 1688.com and its suppliers). GP Sourcing does not claim ownership over third-party content.

Disclaimer of warranties

GP Sourcing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Shipping quotes provided by the extension are final or guaranteed prices
• 插件提供的运费报价为最终或保证价格
• Supplier data retrieved from 1688 is accurate, current, or complete

• The extension will be available continuously or free from errors
• 本插件将持续可用且无任何错误
• The profit calculations reflect actual market conditions or final landed costs

Shipping quotes are estimates based on carrier rate tables and may differ from actual charges. Always verify costs directly with your shipping provider before committing to a supplier.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GP Sourcing and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the extension, including but not limited to:

Termination

You may stop using GP Sourcing at any time by uninstalling the extension from Chrome. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the extension for violations of these Terms, without prior notice.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the extension shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.
