Common questions

Yes. GP Sourcing runs entirely in Google Chrome as a browser extension. You install it once from the Chrome Web Store and it's available every time you browse product pages. There's no separate app or account required to use the core sourcing tools.
If the Main Image mode doesn't detect a product image, try switching to Screenshot mode and crop the visible product area. You can also upload an image directly. Some product pages use image formats that block automatic detection.
Make sure you've filled in all required fields: destination country, weight, and dimensions. Also check the goods type β€” selecting "Battery" or "Special" will filter available options. Click "Get Shipping Options" again after adjusting the values.
Save at least one product to your Sourcing List, then switch to the Sourcing List tab and click "WhatsApp Inquiry". A confirmation screen shows a pre-filled message with your selected products and shipping details. You can edit the message before clicking "Open WhatsApp".
